1. Information We Collect
When you use CreatorPay, particularly when signing in or connecting external services, we collect necessary information to provide our services. Through Google OAuth, we access:
- Basic Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture (used to personalize your dashboard and authenticate you securely).
- Google Calendar Data (Optional): If you enable calendar integration, we request access to view and manage calendar events to coordinate bookings and prevent scheduling conflicts.
2. Purpose of Collection
The data collected is utilized strictly for the following purposes:
- Authentication: To securely log you into your CreatorPay account without needing a separate password.
- Service Delivery: To automatically synchronize your bookings with your Google Calendar (if explicitly authorized).
- Account Management: To notify you of successful transactions, payouts, or urgent account alerts.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
CreatorPay's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google information is never sold to third parties, nor is it used for serving advertisements.
4. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL, encryption at rest, secure token storage) to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely in our databases.
5. Third-Party Services
We only share the necessary transactional data with payment gateways (like Razorpay) to process payments. We do NOT share or sell your Google user data to any third party under any circumstance.
6. Data Deletion
You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions settings. If you wish to permanently delete your CreatorPay account and all associated data, you may do so in your dashboard settings or by contacting us at creatorpaysupport@gmail.com.
