1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, signing up for, or using CreatorPay ("Platform", "Services", "We"), you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not consent to these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide authentic and current profile information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying misleading labels or engaging in fraudulent activity.
3. Google Sign-In and API Usage
Our service relies on Google Sign-In for authentication and may request access to Google Calendar. By using these features, you authorize us to access your basic profile information and calendar events as defined in our Privacy Policy. You must also comply with Google's Terms of Service when using their authentication systems.
4. Monetization and Platform Fees
CreatorPay facilitates direct payments. Free plan users agree to a 5% platform commission, Starter plan users pay 3%, and Creator plan users pay 0%. All direct sales are processed seamlessly via secure gateways like Razorpay, and standard gateway charges apply.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to list materials that infringe upon copyright, intellectual property rights, adult content, illegal software, physical contraband, financial pyramids, or deceitful programs. Violation results in instant deletion and forfeiture of wallet funds.
